Kobber is a Brazilian company that makes healthy snacking easier. Their product line includes flavored granola cereals, fruit and nut bars, whole-grain cookies, sugar-free chocolate bars, gluten-free treats, dried fruit, and grain supplements.

What challenges did you face before choosing Tuqqi? What did processes look like before?

There was no monitoring or history of our negotiations. Everything depended on our people and the clients. It was a definite information gap and over time, was holding us back from achieving our growth goals. That method brought a lot of discomfort. In addition it hindered alignment and knowledge of the other areas.

We wanted to make a positive change in our culture. But that required adding and maintaining processes. We needed a tool that would keep us aligned and engaged with people. Additionally, it had to be easy to use and not disrupt our day to day work. The overarching goal was that we wanted our team to be more engaged with one another and also interacting with our customers and stakeholders.

Why did you choose Tuqqi?

We did a trial period and things just clicked into place--to put it simply. Our team easily adapted because the Tuqqi tools were so easy to use. It felt similar to a well-known social network which gave us peace of mind whenever we logged into it.

We did see other productivity software options on the market. Some only had one or two features while Tuqqi was a more complete tool. It was able to cover our history of negotiations through cards, manage projects with Kanban, and post live feed updates when each collaborator completed a task.

How does Tuqqi improve your day to day working processes?

Tuqqi sends our key team members a daily report. We’ll get a history of each and every action and follow up on the team member’s development. The daily report also allows team members to write up short reports on their successes and challenges throughout the day.

What did we love about this? The daily report allowed us to quickly point out learning zones and optimize processes in people’s daily routines. Since everyone’s actions were well-documented, the feed could quickly show how the team worked together whether it was looking at individual parts or the big picture.

How are you working with the platform today?

We use Tuqqi more on mobile than on desktop. We are engaging all of our employees in daily internal communications and expanding to areas that couldn’t exist before we used Tuqqi.

Our team at Kobber is very excited about the positive results after a short time working with Tuqqi. Everyone is in sync. They understand how their work and the integrations keep the team more connected. They see what the others are doing and can easily send a hello or congratulate someone on a job well done.

We can review the action points and gain better insight 1-on-1, manager to employee. The leadership team can also upload a report and work with their team remotely, following the project from start to finish. Now, we are much less likely to hit snags or repeat them when we do team projects.
